James grew up in the Upper East Side and always believed in the power of community. After watching his neighbors struggle with everyday tasks while working long hours, he had a simple idea: what if we organized locals to help? That idea became JROM.
🏀 Fun fact: James traded breaking ankles on the basketball court for breaking ground at JROM—swapping his jumper for community building across NYC.
Rishi brings sharp operational thinking and a deep love of logistics, statistics, and mathamatics to JROM. He handles statistics for every user, manages finances for users and co-workers, and keeps JROM running from head-to-toe.
🚲 Fun fact: When Rishi isn't optimizing JROM's data and finances, you’ll find him cycling across the NYC bridges—he swears his sharpest strategic insights come to him at 15 mph!
Oliver built the digital backbone of JROM from the ground up. Mannhattan-based and tech-obsessed, he designed this website, the booking platform, and the tools that keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Marcus is the heart and voice for the entire JROM Company. A lifelong Brooklyn resident, he handles community outreach, partnerships, and branding — making sure JROM's mission resonates with every neighborhood we serve.
🥊 Fun fact: A dedicated boxer in his free time, Marcus brings the same focus, quick footwork, and discipline from the ring directly into managing JROM's daily operations.
